“This 3 bedroom house with 2 car garage and securely fenced backyard is ideal for visiting downtown Nashville with family (including dog family). The interior is modern and well maintained. And the location is perfect. You can choose to drive or Uber/Lyft to your destinations. Hosts are incredibly responsive and accommodating. It is understandably a popular place. I try to book it as soon as I know I’m going to be in Nashville. Highly recommend. ”

“The check-in information was detailed and exactly as described by the host! I like not having to keep track of a key, for sure! The space was exactly as described on VRBO, and everything you would need was available! I didn’t mind the sounds of the interstate traffic as much as my husband did, it helped drown out his snoring and after the first night I really didn’t notice it too much. The garage door was a neat feature, but I might have done something else for units on this side which……

“We had a great stay at this property. Walking distance to broadway and printers alley if you choose to, otherwise a cheap Uber. The pool was perfect to have in the mornings to start the day. Everything in the listing is accurate, very clean.”

“It was great. It was a short taxi ride down to Broadway. We weren’t interested in walking there. We took advantage of the pool and watching ships/barges going up and down the river was fun to watch. Would stay there again.”

“Everything was great enjoyed the apartment! Only suggestion I have is that you put a nicer mattress on the fold out couch or replace the coach with new one. The bed was the worse one I have ever slept on. ”

“The condo and facility were amazing. The pool area was great. The beds were some of the most comfortable we all had ever experienced. The condo was clean and inviting. I would t say it is 100% an easy walk to broadway, we ended up using Ubers but if you really wanted a good walk you could. The train noise was the biggest down fall. Even heavy sleepers had a hard time with the volume and frequency of the freight trains at night. Overall it was a great stay!! ”
