“Great location and property! Would definitely recommend to others and if we come back would rent again. For property management: All small items that did not affect our enjoyment but we thought you would like to know about them. Rocking chair on front porch needs to be looked at.Kitchen needs more items like flippers, silverware, dishwasher lower rack missing a wheel, sink needs a rubber drain cover over disposal, kitchen chairs one was broken.”

“Perfect location. Having a deck was nice overlooking the river. Had coffee which is a plus. At first it smelled musty, i assume cause its by the river. But we loved it otherwise. ”

“We enjoyed the stay. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. We did not like no room service unless requested. This should be in writing in room on card. Also, it would be helpful to have a bellman to help with getting luggage down from room for senior citizens or women traveling alone. Maybe one of the valet attendants could assist if needed.”

“House was very well set up. Bedrooms all upstairs with more then enough storage for belongings and space for privacy. Downstairs two wonderful living room”

“A super place to stay in Nashville! New, clean and modern this unit is easy to get to, and it is convenient to all the spots you will want to visit. Izzy is an excellent host, with prompt communication and nice touches in the unit to add to our stay. When we return to Nashville we’ll look to stay here again. A”

“Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. ”
