“The property is great. My only challenge was the master bedroom is located next to a busy street. So the traffic was a little loud. Also, the security gate shares the same wall as the bed, so as people walked in, the gate would slam- which was very loud. But the owners have no control over that. The owners were super organized, loved the color coded keys and lock box. Everything was in pristine condition. ”

“This is the most excellent location EVER! Literally walk through the complex and open a gate to the sand. Beautiful ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It’s in the heart of downtown Pismo next to the Cinnamon Roll shop and Splash Cafe. Comes with a garage so you never have to look for parking. Check in and communication was prompt and clear. The place was spacious and clean. It did show some wear from lots of use…broken door handle, screen door off track, dings on some walls.……

“Awesome place! Pictures posted online of the property are very accurate. Clean and has all the amenities needed, although they could've provide some tissue boxes. Loved the kitchen. It was well stocked with quality appliances, cookware and utensils. Felt like home away from home. Walking distance to the pier and boardwalk. My only complaint was that traffic is very loud, seemingly, all night long. This property will be the only place I stay when going to Pismo. ”

“Great place to stay. You have everything their and pretty reasonably priced for seven of us. It was me, my husband, three of our sons and two of their girlfriends. in total there was 7 of us. Very roomy and spacious for all of us. I guess the only problem me and my husband had was that the master bedroom and bath were on the third floor and the stairs were vary hard on us.”
