“It was great! I had lost my wallet at heb and the CSR was very nice about it and accepted my legal temporary Texas DPS license. It was freezing last night so it was a Godsend. Because extended stay would not accept a document that the state of Texas says is a legal document. So thank you guys at Microtel Austin.”

“Hotel is in a construction zone off the highway making it difficult to pull into the driveway. Rooms are pretty clean, but common areas like the hallways and elevators had too much litter. Front desk people were very nice.”

“The property was amazing, completely clean and in great condition, the staff very courteous and helpful, Breakfast was delicious and with enough options to start your day. The area seemed unsafe to walk around, but it is not a problem if you have transportation. I would definitely return and also recommend. ”
