“I had a mix-up on dates for my stay, and reached out to Expedia customer service. After a couple of days, they sent me assurance it had been fixed. I brought that email with me; neither the reception nor the manager had any clue about this fix. Rooms were in high demand being graduation time, but they took care of us. “A very unique property. Non descriptive building upon arrival. One inside the architectural design was amazing. Exposed beams throughout, including the rooms. Exposed brick room walls and spacious rooms. However, sound insulation not good. Can easily hear other guests voices and tv’s. Rooms could use a little more bright lighting and a full length dressing mirror. Bed are extremely comfortable and amenity’s adequate. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only real issue being the hotel is close……
