“We came here for skiing. The front desk is very nice and welcoming. The room is clean. All of us had a great time. 10/10 def! ”

I totally dug the old school 50s-60s charm of the decor, nice spacious grounds with benches and seats for relaxing, super friendly and helpful front desk service and my room was spotless. These throwback motels are vanishing, we need more Red Ranch’s!”

“Well, I enjoyed my whole stay. Our room was clean, all linens were clean, the room was perfect. My back was not doing well at all. When I approached the front desk I was huffing and puffing even with my cane. The gentleman that was at the front desk took my info. He was smiley and soft spoken. I asked where to go for dinner. He explained. We were not disapointed at all. When we got into our room everything was great. I turned to go into the bathroom and I was surprised. I am sure the gent at the……

“I'm not giving it one star because the place met my expectations, which were quite low at the outset. The cottage was of mid-century design that is badly in need of renovation (broken fixtures, uncovered electrical outlets, mold/mildew growth in the bathroom). It was a non-smoking room, but clearly people were smoking there. I think the place was emblematic of the Catskills as an area that once was a great place to visit, but has fallen into disrepair over the past several decades. ”
