“Everything in this property seemed new. It was very clean and smelled nice. There were extra towels, pillows & blankets if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials. On check out, we did not need to do anything which was really nice. We have stayed in other properties in which we needed to take out the trash, put towels in the laundry, etc. It was great to be able just to go on the last day. The location was close to Price Chopper, and many restaurants. ”

“Only complaint was the gravel road to the property was a bit tough to travel on after a storm, lots of potholes. But otherwise great! ”

“Good location easy walk into town. Short car ride to rail trail trailhead in Kingston and to Woodstock. Nice day trip to Hyde Park . Close to waterfront beach. Can rent kayaks ”

“The apartment was clean and we had all the things we needed for a long weekend to go to the NY Sheepand Wool show in Rhinebeck. Very close to trails and we had nice restaurants nearby in Tannersville. Would be great for a ski weekend at Hunter.”

“Charming little place! The refrigerator wasn’t working when I arrived, but the owner was very responsive and had it replaced during my stay, which I really appreciated. I gave the place a 4 for cleanliness only because there were some spider webs in the corners along the baseboards. Otherwise, it was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Parking is limited to on-street options, but it's a short and convenient walk to the MVP Arena, which was a big plus!”

“The farmhouse was a great place to stay on a quiet country road. Nice to be out in the country but not too far from Hudson, Rhinebeck, Kingston, etc. Was very clean and had everything we needed. An added bonus is getting to see and meet some of the farm animals. Would definitely recommend.”
