“Having my own parking spot was a big plus* The outside getting to the suite is unattractive and was very disappointing. Pass code to enter, super easy but the slight scent of weed going up the stairs was a bit of a dud. Once inside the suite, I absolutely loved it. It reminded me of my first apartment. I had a good laugh about that. I also thoroughly enjoyed the view unto the main drag. Suite is perfectly situated and you really can’t go wrong. Many cool places to eat and easy to walk to. The……

“We had a wonderful stay in Kingston. Jason’s apartment was perfect. Huge backyard with string lights. Apartment was just right for the two of us and many shops were just a walk away. Didn’t realize there was so much to do in Kingston, but would definitely stay at Jason’s again!”

“Perfect accommodations for the 3 nights we were there. Ample parking and quiet community with shops and restaurants withing walking distance. One air conditioning window unit in living/kitchen area with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Weather was not hot and humid during our visit so this was not an issue. Only challenge we had were with restaurants closing early or saying they were open online until a certain time and then closed when we arrived. Owner answered our messages very promptly. ……
