“We chose this condo for its location in Koloa. Perfect size, home away from home, kitchen modern and functional, nice bedrooms, beds comfortable, leather sectional couch, washer and dryer. The clubhouse pool/gym was better than resort style. Aside from the beautiful pool, they had inside/outdoor workout areas, pickleball court, tennis, and basketball. “We had a group of 6 people and we stayed from 8/6-8/12 and this house was perfect! The house was clean had everything we needed from beach chairs, beach towels & grill.It was 3 minutes from the beach it was really perfect! We even got to see the turtles on the beach”

“We had a wonderful stay at Nihi Kai! The condo was clean and had more than enough towels, dishes, cooking supplies, etc. They even provided umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards. These were great for the easy walk down to Brennecke and Poipu beaches!”

“This place is amazing. It is in a great location. Perfect for taking walks. Poipu beach is just minutes away. There is a hiking trail that takes you to caves and a hidden beach. It comes with a private deck that is shared with the condo next door. No need to schedule a whale watching tour. You can watch whales breach all day long. The deck overhangs the water below. There are turtles, fish, crabs, all kinds of sea life that is easily visible. Don’t waste your time looking for other places to……

“Location was nice, but we went during peak season in July and paid over 600 per night. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, thin and squeaky every time I turned over. Then mosquitoes got in the living room from a hole in the sliding door. We were getting bit up from day one. The second night, we were spraying bug spray on our cloths before bed to prevent more mosquito bites through the night. Terrible sleep for three nights in “paradise”. Would not stay here again, absolutely overpriced. ”

“Walking distance to Poipu, although we opted for the short drive to carry snorkeling gear, chairs, et al. Also walking distance to Rim Fire, one of our favorite restaurants. I would rate this specific unit as being one of the best locations on the entire Plantation property. Upstairs, which is a better view and quieter than downstairs. The balcony has an unobstructed view over the lawn to the ocean.”

“This place had beautiful views of the ocean. There is no air conditioning, as stated in the descriptiom, but the winds coming in were enough for the main level and second level. The loft was a little toasty even with windows open and a fan. The pictures show a different set up then what the place has for furnishings. This place is on the third level of a complex. There is also three levels to the place, so lots of stairs. The second level has two bedrooms with on suite bathrooms in each. The……
