“The floors were filthy. Our feet are covered in dirt. When I checked out and told the front desk clerk she tried making excuses. Needs a good sweeping and mopping between each guest. The windows are dirty. Very spotted from not being washed in a long time. Inside and out. Shelves were dusty to the point it looked like dust bunnies falling to the floor. “It was like coming into a friend's home. Staff excelled at hospitality especially Star who was the receptionist. She was so pleasant and helpful. Her cheerfulness and admission of her love for her job was so welcoming. Another staff member was the breakfast room person...Sally???? She again was very cheerful and helpful.
