“It started off on the wrong track when I learned that the discounted golf rates at Encinitas Ranch were not available as advertised. Owner indicated that the property manager included that provision in error. My view was that they should provide a discount as it was a benefit offered in the advertised listing and the owner should have the property manager cover the cost. But that did not happen and I was not very pleased with the response to address the misinformation in the advertised terms.……

“Great spot, very quiet and well stocked. Only downside were sugar ants in the kitchen. ”

Location is fabulous, a very nice neighborhood only few minutes to walk to Stepstone or Moonlight beaches as well as downtown Encinitas. Hosts were also very communicative and responsive. 10 out of 10! ”
