“Great location- walk to beach, walk to restaurants. Driving around slso easy. We were comfortable in our room- old building but clean, updated bathroom, good beds. Loaner beach stuff available, even a surf board. Desk woman, manager was incredibly welcoming and eager for us to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend ”

“I’ll start off with the pros. It’s super clean, the location is great being just a 5 min drive to the beach and great coffee and restaurants”

“It started off on the wrong track when I learned that the discounted golf rates at Encinitas Ranch were not available as advertised. Owner indicated that the property manager included that provision in error. My view was that they should provide a discount as it was a benefit offered in the advertised listing and the owner should have the property manager cover the cost. But that did not happen and I was not very pleased with the response to address the misinformation in the advertised terms.……

“Well appointed and beautifully decorated new home! The beds were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed for making meals at the house and for a perfect day at the beach. Location is fabulous, a very nice neighborhood only few minutes to walk to Stepstone or Moonlight beaches as well as downtown Encinitas. Hosts were also very communicative and responsive. 10 out of 10! ”
