“This was our second time to stay at Eric’s Palm tree oasis. We are so comfortable there, feel so relaxed, and love the vibe. I made sure to use the patios more this time. At night, we lit the awesome fireplace in the living room. He made some nice updates with the surround sound and ambiance. ”

“Loved where we stayed and owner very communicative. Appreciated that. A little “warming” up with area rugs would help; also suggest no-slipmats in bath tubs. Both are slippery. Finally, a minor thing but, VRBOs seem to have adopted a guidance of no Kleenex. Seems a very small cost-saving measure that is annoying to guests. ”

“Fantastic little boutique hotel in such a perfect spot on PCH. Fantastic shops and restaurants are steps away and it’s just a short (although hilly) 10 minute walk to a lovely quiet beach. We were greeted by the owner who showed us to our room and was always available during office hours to answer questions and offer suggestions in the area. Very friendly! The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was too soft for my taste and I tend to like a softer bed. The room did show some signs of age……

“The Brisa Pacific Hotel in Encinitas was very comfortable and quiet. The rooms are exceptionally clean and have been recently renovated, providing a fresh and pleasant environment. However, the breakfast offerings have declined over the years, which was quite disappointing; on the second day, I chose to have breakfast elsewhere. Additionally, the corridors could benefit from new carpeting and a fresh coat of paint to enhance the overall ambiance. Despite these areas for improvement, the quality……
