“We had a very nice experience but the breakfast choices left a lot to be desired based on other locations we have stayed with. The room was very nice and convenient to the elevator for me. Staff was very friendly and helpful for both my daughter and I and my son who had his own room. He had an issue with the ac when we first got to the room but he managed to get it so it wasn’t a refrigerator. We can from Az so used to AC but that was like coming to Michigan in the winter.”

“The hotel was close to the Suburban Collection Showplace and it didn’t take long for me to go back and forth the locations. I’m very glad there’s an “After Hours” phone number in case I couldn’t arrive early. It happened as my flight landed late. The hotel is in an excellent location with a grocery store and some restaurants nearby so I can walk to them.”

“I waited at the front desk for check in for over 10 min. There were two employees behind the desk. One was on the phone addressing a past customer 's problem. The other one was sitting down behind the counter folding papers and doing nothing. Very Disrespectful. The dining staff and cleaning staff were Top Notch. Especially Deb in the dining room. Excellent customer service, was very polite and welcoming and warm. Cleaning crew were Great. Although the check in was rocky and I thought of leaving……
