“When I checked in, I told the front desk reception that I will be checking out at 3am instead of 11am on Saturday morning. The guy told me it would be ok, just come and show them my ID and I will receive my deposit at checkout. No one was at the front desk to check me out. I called the numbers they had available to reach out to someone, and no one answered or has even returned my calls or voicemail. I left the keys rap up in a note and threw it through the lobby side window. ”

“I loved it!!! Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and I was fascinated with the kitchenette!!! Wonderful area right off the Interstate, Walmart around the corner, very convenient. Excellent customer service. Checking in and out went very smoothly. Thank you! ”

“Although there was a plametto bug in our room, the staff was quick to change our room since it was still alive and we were too grossed out to try and get rid of it. The staff was super friendly at all times no matter the time of day or night. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was also a plus!”

“It’s very dirty, we have a dirty sheet, floor is dirty, and there are hairs on the hair dryer. The front desk gave us a clean sheet and ask us to change it ourselves because they don’t have enough people (even the employee at the front desk is very polite and friendly) would not recommend ”
