“This is a great house with many amenities and a great location. ”

“Location, location, location!! There is a local library behind the house where you can go read, can walk to 2 Lift stops to take you into Winter Park. House was clean, modern and comfy, all bedrooms upstairs with good toilet paper and stocked with GOOD pans, glasses, dishes and all the little things or necessities (cotton swabs, shampoo, soap, dish tabs, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, trash bags, paper towels).”

“This is a great location if you want to ski at Winter Park. The master bedroom has a small kitchen and door to the outside, so if someone is on the pull-out couch in the living room and sleeping later, that is not a problem. ”

“Very nice home in Fraser. A 2 minute walk to the Purple line bus stop. A 10ish minute drive by car to skier drop off at Winter Park. h Very close to the Safeway. This home was perfect for our stay. Two adult couples and one single adult. It would work well for families with younger children, as one bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed. Very cozy, well-appointed home. Would stay again!”
