“I liked that it was on the beach”

“We had a wonderful time at this property. Location was great, almost directly in between garden city pier and surfside pier! We live to walk so actually walked to both and grabbed a bite to eat. Love having the ocean view, even saw a few dolphins and sea turtles this trip. ”

“Perfect, convenient location. Amazing views from balcony. Absolutely horrific mattresses. Barely any outlets. Had to strip all beds and take out all of the trash before 10 am checkout. ”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed the last 20 years in this stretch of condos, this property was very dirty - mold growing out of every ceiling duct - counters not wiped down, 1" of dirt/dust hanging off ceiling fan, cracked floors in kitchen, terrible……

“I’ve stayed in this building 20 years ago but not this particular unit. The outside shows it’s age but this unit was beautiful inside. I loved the bright colors and it was decorated very tastefully. Inside was clean. The only suggestion I have is to replace the coffee maker. It worked but the burner is rusted. Thanks for a fun and relaxing week!”
