“The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. ”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”

“The place, which was a Holiday Inn converted to student housing but used as a hotel in summer, is convenient to many major sites. The room and property in general were plain but clean. The TV and fridge worked fine. The breakfast was ample and I am really appreciative of the fresh fruit. The only issue we had was the keycard not always working, and the fact that the downtown in general had a large homeless and/or drug addicted population: The hotel was secure.”

“This hotel was an excellent choice for my early morning flight out of the Ottawa airport (YOW). Breakfast was nice, location is great. The two staff members we interacted with were both very very nice. Super close to MANY restaurants. ”
