“The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. ”

“It was nice because it’s 10 minutes away from Ottawa. I liked most of the item offered for breakfast, husband says the eggs could have been better. staff was friendly. The mattress could have been softer, it did feel like we could start to feel the springs, it felt like it was time to replace it. Other than that, it was good for a few days for the price. ”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”
