“Marybeth at front desk was friendly and exceptionally helpful with check-in and extending our reservation when we decided to stay longer. For parking, this property has only valet parking, and surprised me how quick and convenient the valet staff were... also very friendly.”

“Hotel appeared to be recently renovated and was well kept and clean. Room set up was nice with a slight privacy partition between double beds. Found it a bit strange though that there was not a separate full length vanity to allow multiple people to get ready at the same time. Not ideal for extended travelers. Other than that, storage in room was nice and provided great organization. Would stay again. ”

“It took 45 min to reach the hotel for airport pick up! Unacceptable!! The elevator didn’t work ! Unacceptable! The card to get in door from pool area didn’t work ! Unacceptable!! The front desk staff was awesome !! They deserve raises to be acceptable for doing jobs over & above the call of duty !! The pool area could use some additional furniture as well ! ”

“I stayed for two nights, the first night was okay, the second night was very bad, I saw cockroaches in the room, it was very noisy upstairs at 5 in the morning, I couldn't sleep well, and there was no one at the front desk in the morning, and I had to wait for a long time at the front desk”
