“Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. “I never really have a complaint about the staff but when I went to check out and get my deposit I was treated very poorly by Jude. I stay at this location very often 2 times a week. The gentleman at the front desk and also Norma are great. Also the lady that works in the breakfast area Lynn is very friendly. I never dealt with this front desk person but she made me feel very uncomfortable slammed her keys on the desk and all just very rude toward me. I never paid a cash deposit so I don't know……

“This is an older Hampton, but clean and cared for. The only problem with the room was that the phone didn't work and there was no obvious connection for it. We did have to ask a couple of times for room servicing as the workers either didn't understand English or didn't understand their job duties or both. This should be fixed hopefully by next stay. The Front desk workers were pleasant, very good and helpful. The breakfast was nice and included a variety of hot and cold items. Scrambled……
