“It is a small town motel. Even though it was dated, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was accommodating for our late night arrival. ”

It is our understanding that we were not the first victims of Expedia's heartless ways. I am 74 and do fairly extensive traveling, this is my first encounter with such money grubbers. The hotel was very accommodating but said their hands were tied. ”

“We booked a stay here for easy access to Lebanon and Hanover, NH. Once in our room, we found there was a problem connecting to the internet. Our hostess, Rita, came up to the room to help. Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect. This was a time-consuming matter, and Rita stayed with us the whole time to make things right. Our room was clean and well supplied, and the free breakfast the next……

“Breakfast is good. However, some mechanic noise was found continually around the room. We have some difficulty to get a good sleep.”
