“Very well situated near the Hallandale Beach, restaurants and shopping. Service was courteous and pool was awesome. On the downside, our room 410B was in poor conditions… one bed was really tired… and showed few support. DryWall was damaged on several walls. This appartement needs a touch of love to be enjoyable. Elevators are really slow…”

“Location was nice...close to the beach (walking distance). Pool area was nice, off the intercoastal. Communication between Victoria Rental Properties and the BW Resort definitely needs improvement. When you check in, know that there is a resort fee per day...was not informed. In addition, I was told that I'll be reimbursed the security deposit within 3-5 days. At check-in, I was informed 7-10 days (?). Stayed in a standard room. Nice view from the balcony. When we walked in the room smelled……

“The staff should be fired ,when I arrived at the apartment there was somebody inside it already . Each time I called for my refund a guy from the host hung up on me .They are lying and lying , they said I Would get my refund from 5 to 7 business day It’s been 3 weeks ,nothing Worst experience ever ”

“The property was in a perfect location. The outdoor space was excellent. We loved to sit out on the balcony all throughout the day and soak in the beautiful, unubstructed views. It was quiet and comfortable. The rooms look just like the photos. It did list that the shuttle took you to the beach, mall and casino. However, when we got there it only went to and from the beach. That was a little frustrating because that is one of the reasons we booked the place. Luckily, the city bus has a stop……

“Il n’était pas indiqué le prix du stationnement qui est de 28$ US Les communications avec la personne contact pour l’hébergement étaient pénibles. Elle ne parlait pas anglais ni Français. Nous avons réservé pour 4 personnes. À notre arrivée, nous devions demander des serviettes de plus, des bracelets de plus. Les commentaires indiquaient que les ascenseurs très longues surtout en heure de pointe ( entre 10 heures et 19 heures) eh bien c’est aussi pire que ce que vous lisez. Point positif:……
