“Was a good place, a little run down and not as clean, but had a lovely huge bed and eas plenty of space, for one night it was fine”

“The bed sheets has many insects. It seems that there has no change the bed sheets. There has no pillow provided. 1st night - we double checked and made sure the door locked before we go bed to sleep. In the morning, we saw the door was opened. The door had scratch marks， I guess somebody use the tools to open the door. Be careful your bags and money if you stay in there. We really cannot sleep in the 2nd night. The washroom is clean. The location is not different to find. I won’t……

“The units are tiny but quite adequate for somewhere to eat and sleep after busy day with outside activities. Communal kitchen is excellent. Hot water was marginal in unit but very hot in communal kitchen. Would stay there again, it is priced for what it is.”

“No issues, expedia had USD instead of NZD when booking which was a bit frustrating as I was a bit confused on how much we were being charged until I realized, not sure how and why that happened, if searching for a motel in NZ I'd think it would naturally come up with NZD but will be more careful next time. Other than that the stay was good, no complaints ”

“Lovely new house with new carpet and floorings. Unfortunately the furniture wasn't new and the sofa was badly stained. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and there were no dishwasher tablets. I contacted the management team but didn't get any response. The garage was full of various items so that we were unable to use it for the car. There were no instructions with regards to check out procedures. Overall the property was nice and in a good location but the management……

“Not great to see a Police car there talking to people in the next unit. Unit was very clean and tidy and updated nicely, but the beds were very hard and I was awoken by the people in the unit next door arguing at 1.30am. More soundproofing between units?”

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful luxurious house overlooking the Waikato River. There was a safe swimming area in the river and a hot tub. The house was spacious, with all amenities inside and out bbq etc. inside outside stereo sounds , awesome tv viewing. All amenities provided and more just needed to turn up with bag clothes. Big enough for family or couple. Host with the mostest as well.”
