“Good for the price”

“no phone in the room, no USB plug. the chair is very bad, old, the leather has been infected. the price is high compared to the facility. ”

“Room is clean and staff checked us in and told us what we needed to know. The noisy checked above is not rooms but road noise from the roads around the property.”

“We've stayed here a few times before, however this was the first time being able to use the pool area. My girls loved it. However we do wish they would do soemthing a little safer with the hot tub area, either fix and refill it or something else to where there isnt an open space with lose rocks. My daughter is 3 and austisic and it made it hard for her to understand that wasnt a play area. We also wish the beautiful rock water fountain was on and running. Over all it is a very nice place, our……

“Like having a small quiet apartment. Love the access code rather than fooling around checking in at a front desk. Love the little lobby bar and the little perks. Really feels like I am using a friend’s place without the friend being home. This is my new place to stay when I am in Tyler. ”

“This is an older property and could use some new paint, etc. Our room was clean and the A/C worked. We had difficulty getting into the room with the provided key card, and the gentleman on duty reprogrammed the key and personally came to our room to make sure we could get in. I wish I had gotten his name so I could express my appreciation for his going the extra mile! We slept well and would stay here again.”
