“We had a nice time staying on Lake Mineola. We went to fish, and it was a great place to stay and hang out right on the water. The small house is just the right size for a few people. The main house has 2 bedrooms and1 full bath. The other two bunkbeds and the full bath are in the backyard separate from the main house in a tiny guesthouse, but very close and convenient to the backdoor and nice porch! Thomas was super easy to get ahold of and communicate with before and during our stay! This a……

“Our stay was great. The place was clean, and communication with the host was good. The first phone number provided did not pick up calls, but the other number was the gentleman- he was available for emails and calls with questions. The only con is that the exact house number was not provided. They do provide instructions but adding the exact house number will be easier for other guests. Also, exiting was hard as the code did not work, a resident had to open the gate for us. So a clear exit gate……

This property is deceiving at first glance, perfect size for four people and furnishings as well as property was brand new very nice. The managers of property were very accommodating and a phone call away….five star stay all day….”

“Thelma made us feel like we were staying with family. She was so kind and welcoming. My wife and I stayed here with our dog. The cabin was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The bed was super comfortable. Our dog loved being able to sniff around the property. We enjoyed the hot tub too! We felt super safe the whole time. We will definitely stay here again! The location was close to dollar general and brookshires, very convenient. ”

“Clean, pretty and close to Tyler State Park. Needed to bring a pet at the last minute and was relieved it wasn't a big issue. The only little nit-pick was even though there was instant I wished there was a coffee maker.”

“This property was awesome. My husband and his buddy caught 4 BASS over 6lbs and 15 smaller BASS and 1 mud cat. The house was so clean we felt like we were the first people to stay there. Great open kitchen with every kind of pot or pan you may need. The island has the trash cans inside a drawer! Coolest thing ever! The guest contact was quick to answer any questions we had at any time we had them. Definitely will be staying again.”

“I would have loved to given the place 5 stars cause it’s a beautiful place & Robbie the host is such a nice man. We will go back!!! Only reason I gave 3 stars on cleanliness is: The outdoor kitchen needs the gas grill replaced cause the bottom is rusted out & needs a little more TLC.”
