“I feel like so often the descriptions for things are misleading! People use language to describe things in a better light than they actually are. This was NOT the case with this stay. Everything was delightful, above and beyond. Things were beautiful, clean, and intentional. We really enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were super accommodating. If my husband and I ever get a night or two away from our kids again, we will surely be back! ”

“We had a wedding Saturday evening and were able to check in hours beforehand to allow us plenty of time to get ready. “There are so many lovely details about this place that I’ll let you discover on your own. I’ll just say that the hosts have put together the coziest most relaxing and healing space I’ve ever been to. I booked for some quiet “digital detox” time before starting a new job and I feel so refreshed. I spent my days reading, listening to music, and cooking in this lovely cottage. The fireplace is lovely, the bathtub will make you feel like a queen, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need……

“We loved the house. It was big enough our big crew of kids (8). The air conditioner seemed to struggle in peak heat of day, but the clean lake was a great cool off! Plenty of amenities to help with what things we forgot. Would definitely recommend this home”

“This house was adorable and extremely accommodating. I loved everything about it. I didn't get a good feel for the neighborhood, so be sure to do some research. That being said... I was traveling alone and did ALL of my coming and going at night. The house also had a security system with a panic button for guests to use if they needed it. The BEST thing about this property was the owner. She was responsive even very late at night. She came over to the property in the dark to check on something……

“Thelma made us feel like we were staying with family. She was so kind and welcoming. My wife and I stayed here with our dog. The cabin was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The bed was super comfortable. Our dog loved being able to sniff around the property. We enjoyed the hot tub too! We felt super safe the whole time. We will definitely stay here again!
