“Christie and the gentleman when I check in was so accommodating with my room change. She was very sweet. Ms. D and young-lady( African American)was amazing allowing us a simple gesture with no questions asked. I would stay here again. Very close to the airport. 15-20 uber ride to Boardway area. Easy to locate. A family dollar next door. Breakfast was good best sausage I’ve had had a hotel in a long time. ”

“Listen, you’re not coming in expecting the four seasons. The young man at the front desk was sweet, and the bed was actually really comfortable. When you land late and just need a place to rest your head before you’re off to the next place- it was perfect for me at least. A comfy bed and hot water is really all I need. ”

“Some of the things like chairs in waiting area are awful used and could be replaced. Laundry room leaked water all of the floor. Pool outside was so cold could not use and was not cleaned regularly. No popcorn and no water available when arrived. Had to pay $100.00 for parking at the Hilton. We never pay for parking but this location does not own the parking lot. The staff was very very friendly. ”

“We enjoyed our stay overall. This hotel was clean, safe and in a great location. The only thing we noted was the shower did not keep a steady temperature but wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. ”
