“房子背山面海，风景很好。周围种满了各种果树，早餐所用水果非常新鲜。房间很干净，屋顶有天窗，晚上星星很亮。男主人是退休教授，曾在海南当了四个月英语老师，热情好客，提供了吃和玩的各种建议。总的来说，性价比高，而且可以体验当地风情，值得推荐。”

All the listed amenities were exactly as described - made my stay so much convenient. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and well-maintained. “I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to……

“Our biggest disappointment was the lack of a door providing privacy from the bedroom to the master bathroom / toilet. A pocket door would fit nicely. There were no instructions on use of the myriad of remote controls -- from controlling the lanai fan and lights / living room fan / light and the TV with its various attachments. We couldn't figure how to turn the TV on until the 3rd day. Battery on one of the lanai controlers was dead. The carpet in the master bedroom is showing signs of……

“Very neat and clean little cottage in a nice little quiet neighborhood. Close to airport and coastline of Kona. Shopping and great places to visit are within a short drive. The owner, Andrew, is nearby and always available for suggestions or questions about the area. I highly recommend staying here.”

“The condo was nicely renovated and the location was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. The view was amazing. Even though there is NO AC with the sliding door open and multiple fans it was a comfortable temperature for sleeping. ”

“Very nice facilities, staff friendly and helpful, gorgeous views of the ocean from a roomy and furnished balcony where we drank coffee and ate breakfast every morning. Also loved the location - conveniently close yet away from the busy hustle. There was even snorkel gear and boogie boards provided by the host that we enjoyed using. My family stayed for a week and look forward to doing it again.”
