“Lovely property that seems to well maintained.”

“Wonderful stay! The location is a short walk to many restaurants and shops. We loved spending time on the lanai, watching surfers in the morning and sunsets in the evening. We did experience an issue with the air conditioner, but the owners were responsive and made sure the issue was addressed as soon as possible. ”

“Everything about our unit was perfect for us. It was a good sized 2 bedroom unit. It was clean and fully furnished with information and everything we needed. This is our third stay here and we'll be back.”

“I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to……

We especially appreciated having access to the full kitchen, beach chairs, boogie boards, and other thoughtful amenities.The location was perfect—just steps from the ocean. “The house was absolutely amazing. All ten of us had plenty of space. The view was stunning. The only thing I can say that was misleading was the references to proximity to locations in Kailua- Kona in the listing. It turns out we much preferred it’s true location up the hill away from the bustle of town. It was so beautiful. I am glad it was not a short walk to Taco Bell as stated in the listing.”
