“Janine at the front desk is FANTASTIC!!!!”

“The hotel was lovely and the breakfast staff was very helpful. However, The women staffing the front desk were poorly trained in good customer service. When I arrived, there was no greeting. I was simply given the room key. The same thing happened when I checked out. I was told to leave the room keys on the desk by a distracted desk person who never asked me about my stay, The Hampton Inn has always been a wonderful place to stay in the past. I was very disappointed in the front desk clerks at……
