“Great location!! Everything for a good time.”

“Great location on Ali’i Drive. The house was what you would expect for a beach rental. Very well stocked. Note- I didn’t recall reading the property was NOT air conditioned. There was a great breeze at night and fans provided, but if that’s important to you, it’s worth mentioning. The waves literally lull you to sleep each night. ”

“A beautiful setting and great view of the ocean. We appreciated the covered lanai to eat during a rain storm. The problems are with the neglected unit. the door is warped and the lower door jam is coming out so easy to trip. The owner failed to pay the electric bill and we were without power for most of a day. There are ripped screens, screen doors that don't lock or can't get open, a cupboard door coming off it's hinges, broken floor fan. The instructions for working the door lock were……

“Property was beautiful, clean, quiet and safe. Many activities for kids and the condo was stocked with beach gear - chairs, snorkels, towels, boogie boards. Tennis/pickleball courts were easy to access and not too busy. Community grills were easy to use and in a central location. There was no AC in the condo but the breeze from the patio doors kept us cool at night. There is a beach not too far from the community (magic sands) but the beautiful beach we loved (ʻAnaehoʻomalu Beach) was about 45……

“Property, grounds at this location are gorgeous, fantastically maintained. Pool area is very nice, great gym.Would have been perfect except for the small details that make a place perfect.No beach towels in unit, screen door to front entrace is broken.No cleaning supplies.Carpet on stairs to second floor need replacing, very very stained.Again, beautiful place, just needs a bit of love..”
