“good place ”

“This was a great location to use as our base to explore different areas of the island each day. It was also very nice to relax by the pool each evening after our daily adventures and to watch the sunset into the ocean. There is a grocery store, some good restaurants, and a nice coffee shop a few blocks away. Very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and each time we were very impressed with the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We love this location… the view of Magic Sands Beach, and easy access to many restaurants, shops, etc. in the area. ”

“We loved this place. Very good layout for a family, with a snorkeling beach JUST across the street. Such a great location. Everything worked, everything was clean, the kitchen was actually well-stocked (they all say that, but you never really know…). And as a bonus- beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. All the stuff you want but you can’t bring it on the plane. Just a nice place to stay while touring the big island. ”

“Million Dollar views! Conveniently located to town. Not too close, not too far. Was there for Ironman and it was a perfect place to be. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had an air conditioner unit that worked very well. Kitchen had updated appliances. Beautiful little community with a pool and tennis courts. We had a choice of watching the sunsets from the lanai, or a 1 minute walk to the beach. Sandy was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay there, again, in a heartbeat!”

“Unless you're staying in one of the other 7 units with private access to the beach, I don't think you can find a better location anywhere! The view and beach access at this townhouse are simply unparalleled! The pool and the grounds themselves are stunning and even the non-oceanfront side of the building is quite private and beautifully landscaped.The unit is somewhat dated, but that is reflected in the pricing and we found it very much as we were expecting. The VRBO was very well-equipped……
