“The front desk guy wouldn’t let me Apply my Marriott rewards number to the reservation. The bathroom shower was backed up. The hand towels had hair embedded in it. They only gave one wash cloth for the room.”

“The room was quite small however, very clean. Not much in way of lobby and asking for extra coffee (they never replenished) didn’t happen 2nd night. Third night we asked again. Finally we were brought some but was given a lecture on how I should be cleaning the coffee pot. Did not understand. Weird!”

“The room was not well soundproofed, and the sound of doors opening and closing in other rooms was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. There were a few hairs in the quilt, and I didn't know if it was because the previous quilt was not changed. I was so sleepy at the time that I took the hair off the bed and went to sleep directly. As a result, I was woken up by the sound of the door closing next to me after only sleeping for an hour, and I couldn't sleep all night.”

“Beautiful and safe area”

“Lovely, charming, little hotel. Booked the suite for a friend's visit for their birthday, and it was well worth the money. Most staff were very pleasant and attentive - only had issue with one woman at the front desk who was quite rude when asked if there was milk for the (as advertised) 24/7 coffee bar. Everyone else was outstanding, will definitely stay again!”

“very clean (both room and overall facilities). breakfast options are limited and non varied. very close to main accesses in New Brunswick (easy to connect to US1 and NJ Tpke). very nice lobby and cleaning staff”

“The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. However the tap in the bath felt like it was going to fall off and had to adjust accordingly to get the desired temperature. Also the lampshades needed to be replaced. Other than that had a very enjoyable time, the location was great and the staff were very accommodating. ”

“AMAZING staff and amazing experience. Being an LGBT friendly hotel is incredible. There was so much to do during the nightlife and every staff was friendly and supportive! Wonderful breakfast and love that it is 21+. ”
