“I stayed in the Luxury Suite with private access to wellness deck, which I used! The suite was very high end, relaxing, and I had everything I needed. The internet was out (part of island life I suppose), and the contacts were communicative and available. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! ”

“This beautiful and thoughtfully decorated and furnished condo was the perfect space for our week in Rodanthe! You immediately sense that the owners want you to feel at home. The condo was clean, modern and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with anything you would need to meal prep and cook, has great counter space and plenty of silverware, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc. (I’ve stayed in places that this was not the case). The beds and all the living room furniture were very……

“The property should not have been rented with so many of the necessary amenities broken. I tried to work with property manager, but could not get resolution of the issues. If the owner was aware then shame on them.”

“Very peaceful and right on the beach! We could lay in bed and watch the sunrise every morning which was amazing. The jaccuzi was wonderful too! Make sure to not rent this house if you have any mobility issues. You have to walk over a sand dune to get to the house which is quite a workout getting all of your luggage in/out. Nothing anyone can help or change though, and it was lovely feeling so remote. We will definitely be renting this house again! Thank you!”

“We highly recommend this property as a quiet and gorgeous location for an adult week at the beach. The incredible view from the top floor great room and the sound of the ocean at night was well worth being a little further away from restaurants and businesses than our usual stays in the Outer Banks. The living room was very comfortable, with a nice kitchen and a deck on each level on which to sit and watch the waves. However, be prepared for no response or a delayed response from the realty……

“My wife and I really enjoyed the condo. The only thing I was unhappy with was the condition of some of the furniture. The leather sofa was ready to be put the curb. It looked as though it had been left out in the weather too many times. Other than that, it was just we needed. It was our first vacation in 30 years without children. Thank you.”

“Frolic Inn was such an amazing place to stay. Conveniently located halfway between Kitty Hawk and Hatteras, we were able to visit Jockey’s Ridge, Wright Brothers Museum, several lighthouses and eat lots of excellent seafood. The beach was close and accessible. The boardwalk to the sound side was just across the street in a quiet residential area and we witnessed the most gorgeous sunsets while watching the kite surfers. We even took the bikes that were provided for a spin around the pretty……
