“This was our first time to OBX and Kevin was incredibly responsive. The rental was clean and very convenient to the beach and everything you could want. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Perfect for me traveling solo. The place was extremely clean. The towels were soft. The sheets were soft. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was the best bed I have ever had in renting places in OBX for 30 years. Everything I needed was there. About a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. My favorite seafood market in walkable distance. The deck was private. It was quiet. There is the pattering of feet during waking hours above that I got used to quickly. The neighborhood is quiet. ……

“Great room /location / property. Lee has a beautiful home & this is nicer than any hotel room available. It does not have a full kitchen (nor is that advertised), but the mini fridge & microwave are adequate for shorter stays. We stayed 3 nights & would certainly return for same amount of time in future. Grounds are meticulously manicured & boardwalk to Sound is equally inviting for sunsets or just to watch the kiters!”

“We had so much fun at this property! I felt like it was perfect because we had a washer and dryer, so it was great for washing clothes for our baby (we traveled with a 7 month old). I liked that there were 2 bathrooms, and the bedrooms were extremely spacious! This didn’t really bother us, but keep in mind that the location isn’t right on the beach. I would say it’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach through some neighborhoods behind the cabanas. And Hatteras is known for mosquitoes, so if……

“We absolutely loved the cabana and the personnel at Wtermen’s retreat! From check in to dining and the water sports offered, all were nothing short of spectacular! We had a blast at our cabana and the beach was a short walk away. The food at the restaurant was fabulous and the sunsets were freaking awesome! I highly recommend this resort at the Outer Banks of NC.”
