“The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager……

“The area is at a very good location. The staff that check us in was very nice. The only thing that we did not like was that our room was by the door to go outside and we where not able to sleep good because people would go in and out a lot but other then that everything was very very nice.
