“I chose the wrong check-in time and wanted to change it but no one was working”

“I stayed at this property when it was Embassy Suites almost 30 years ago. Grounds are just as lovely but the interior is a bit institutional-like. Could use updating and a bit of decor. We were not there for the room though so it worked. Host was communicative and unit was clean and got a good price on it- no complaints”

“It was a short distance to Black rock, where we wanted to go, snorkeling, and it was for one night only.”

“While being evacuated from my home in Kula, Hotel rented my family a room in this hotel that was also being of Maui forcible evacuated by the police due to a natural disaster then informed me there are no refunds! It’s unclear if this hotel burned to the ground. Being forced to pay for a room in a disaster area that cannot be used or accessed feels like a corrupt business practice, or sort of like stealing. ”

“When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! Jimbo, your manager was absolutely great. He helped us in every way to locate another unit etc. etc. You have a great employee!!! Regards; Dean”

“The property overall is great. There are some renevarions underway so in the future it will be even nicer. For the price this is an excellent choice. The pool is outstanding!”

“We have 8 adults and 7 young children in our family. There was room to spare so things were never cluttered. With the swimming pool right off the large sliding back door the kids and their parents were almost always in it. With the beach and boardwalk just outside the back gate, it was so convenient to play in the ocean and go for relaxing walks. Also nice having Dukes restaurant just a relaxing strole down the boardwalk. Everyone in our family said it was the best vacation they’ve ever had.”

“It exceeded our expectations. The unit was very clean. Nice welcome gifts. The complex is in a great location. Close to the evening food trucks. Washer/dryer in the unit. Best of all, previous guests had left numerous beach toys and gear. Beach chairs, umbrella, masks, beach towels, beach cooler and more. ”
