The ability to rent to pontoon was a plus. The only drawbacks were lack of ladder on the pier, lack of garbage can space for a large group and the house binder/info could be more robust or manager comms better. “This was our first trip to Conover to ride UTV trails. Not knowing anything about the area, we found this lovely cabin to be perfectly located. It was very easy to find. We could access trails within less than a mile from the cabin. Restaurant/bars close by. If you come for water sports, theres plenty of access to water, as well. The cabin itself was very clean and cozy, very updated. It provided everything we needed for our stay. 1 bathroom could be a little tricky for larger group, but we made……
