The hall leading to rooms stunk badly of cigerrettes smelleven thou non smoking the air in hall only worked on low and they shut the other air unit so at 115 and 117 it was miserably hot, and the air in our room only worked on low. The ice machine read out of ordergo to front desk, then i go there and was rudely told no i e machine broke. The……
