“The hotel had amazing customer service, their general store is open 24/7 and they serve hot food all day. The only thing I will say is I did not see anywhere on Hotels.com that said their pool was out of service due to maintenance but it was. The hotel’s website itself does state that clearly but I did not book through the hotels website, I booked through Hotels.com. Other than that they hotel offers a “private beach front” on the river that’s amazing and worked out perfectly since the hotel……

“The front desk is only open certain hours and not at all on Sunday. The desk was closed at 10:00pm on Friday night, room was not clean, waited to get it cleaned, the bathroom was absolutely nasty, dead roaches behind the toilet, the shower had not been cleaned in a long time, the shower curtain was disgusting and the carpet came out of the Ark. “When we got there the lobby stunk really bad of old cigarrette smell and when he opened office door it was worse. They live there and must chain smoke. The hall leading to rooms stunk badly of cigerrettes smelleven thou non smoking the air in hall only worked on low and they shut the other air unit so at 115 and 117 it was miserably hot, and the air in our room only worked on low.
