“The hotel had amazing customer service, their general store is open 24/7 and they serve hot food all day. The only thing I will say is I did not see anywhere on Hotels.com that said their pool was out of service due to maintenance but it was. The hotel’s website itself does state that clearly but I did not book through the hotels website, I booked through Hotels.com. “When we got there the lobby stunk really bad of old cigarrette smell and when he opened office door it was worse. They live there and must chain smoke.
