“Despite the renovation going on, we rialto lived our stay. Octavia, front desk staff member, made our day. After our 12 hour drive cross country, she was a joy to meet. She is a natural and laughter was shared easily as we checked in. The renovations are ongoing as the Hilton steps in to the Hampton, but ask services continue and our room was excellent in every way. We would definitely return to this hotel. ”

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the service from the staff was excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. The only downside was the bed. It had a noticeable valley in the middle, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. I’d recommend replacing the mattress to improve the experience. Other than that, everything else was great!”
