“We will choose to stay here again. The room was spacious and clean. The extra space with table was especially convenient when two need a mirror at the same time to get ready to go out. Management could not have been nicer or available if needed. We especially appreciated the fluorescent lighting in bathroom-good lighting is seldom found in motels. And most important, the rates are very reasonable. We have stayed in several motels in Maggie Valley over the years during our annual mountain trips……

“This is reviewed by someone that typically stays in timeshares and resorts but enjoys experiencing small town motels every now and again. Stay was good. 3 nights with family. Frankie, the front staff person, was very accommodating and nice. Rooms are being updated but are very small. Enough room for the beds and furniture but not much else. “Three generations of my family (ages 17 - 87) spent a week at Ridgeview Retreat. The house is large, spacious, well-appointed, clean, comfortable and has spectacular views of the mountains. I appreciated Racquel's attention to detail and the comprehensive binder she has created with information about the house, nearby attractions, and dining recommendations.
