“The only complain I have is that I got my check in information until 11 pm. Had I not called and requested the information I would’ve been without lodging for almost 8 hrs. ”

“We loved that on the days we didn’t want the room cleaned, a bag of fresh towels and toilet paper was left outside our door. ”

“The situation and setting was truly lovely with the balcony over the river. The room was comfortable and spacious and the staff courteous and helpful. The trolley bus goes right by the hotel and good restaurants nearby too. The only negative thing would be the limited seating for breakfast, which was very basic. Otherwise excellent.”

“We stayed here while we were visiting the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. We arrived in the evening, after check-in time, so they left an envelope at the door with all the information to access our room. Everything was perfect and breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday mornings was amazing. We loved it.”

“The water heater in the unit is probably on its way out. It kept the water hot just enough for 3 out of the 5 members during our stay. The other 2 had cold water showers which was not desirable.”
