“We were pleasantly surprised being we knew we were staying at a Motel; I had taken towels and extra linens, which were not needed at all. The room was very clean. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and very attentive to anything we may need. It shows that it’s a place run with love.”

“The condo was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and bar. Phil had everything we needed and then some. There's even 2 fans in the closet which was perfect, because we like to sleep with a fan on. Nestled in a excellent location to everything we planned on doing. We will definitely be returning.”

“Clean, quiet, comfortable, and more spacious than it appears. The home was well stocked, the bedrooms (with blackout curtains!) had plenty of linens, and the surplus of kitchen supplies were much appreciated. Our stay was lovely and would rent here again. Dock was well maintained with adequate fish cleaning station and working chest freezer (no bulk ice machine). Never ran out of hot water with 4 adults and 5 small children showering/bathing at the same time. No issues with AC either. The……

“This large beautiful home was clean, accommodating, and comfortable for our family of 5. Located directly on a peaceful boating canal with clear blue waters loaded with colorful parrotfish. Communication with our rental agent Katie Carrillo from Rentals in Paradise was easy, quick, and pleasant. Would definitely recommend!!”

“We stayed at the property in March for a few days for Spring Break with our 2 boys (ages 12 & 14). It was a wonderful little home and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was great. The golf cart was a plus and we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. The Key Colony beach club was a 2 min walk and a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach. We watched the sunset at sunset park which was great too! All in all we really enjoyed ”
