“We loved our stay. All personnel were friendly, professional, and helpful. The lady at the desk, BW was extremely helpful and friendly. She even took us outside to give us directions to show us where we needed to go. We also appreciated the friendly service provided during breakfast by Heather. She kept the breakfast food amply supplied and clean.”

“I stayed here to celebrate my niece's graduation from UB. It was close to everything and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. ”

“The pool was closed which was a disappointment but the pool was offered at a neighboring hotel. I just didn't want to change locations for a pool. Our first room had dead bugs on the floor and wall, and a live flying one! The front desk person was super nice and got us into a new room very quickly. The second room was very nice. She did tell us she was contacting her manager to see if we would get a discount or something but never heard back and it was the full rate on our receipt. Breakfast……

“酒店附近没有超市，但有快餐店，有车的话生活还是比较便利。没有早餐，停车很方便，房间内有冰箱和微波炉，但没有咖啡机和烧水壶。室内空间较大，但洗澡房较小。我们住了两天，但服务员没有每天进来清洁和收拾房间。”

“Loved the hotel itself but when asking to have a room closest to our friends that we could get, we were first told we would be across the hall from eachother then another employee came over and told the employee helping us not to do that. Wish we could have been close to our friends as originally stated, seeing as they had the rooms to do so. ”
