“A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury. The room was clean with decent bed linens. The A/C worked, which was essential in 90+ degree heat. The bath towels were small and it would be good to have more than 2 in a……

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express, Albermarle and I can confidently say it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, and clean. “Staff was awesome from getting me there when I got lost in town to knocking on my door for my wake up call because it wouldn't go through on their end. Only negative was shower head adjustment didn't work only pulsate, put it on anything else and it sprayed everywhere. It was so late I reported it in the morning and they advised they would have someone look at it. I would stay there again.”
