“Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the person in charge of the breakfast room as well as the custodian ”

“When we first checked in, we tried our tv and it had no signal. Fabianne (front desk receptionist) came right up and wasn't able to get it up and running. She quickly went down to the lobby, came up with a cart and switched us to another room. Several times she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and were able to thoroughly enjoy our stay. She was sweet and amazing !!! All of the staff was through out the property. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”

“Doesn't matter the location, Hampton Inn & Suites always provide easy check in, friendly staff and impeccable clean accommodations. The rooms are quiet and spacious. Always hot tea, coffee and water in the lobby greeting you up on your arrival and throughout your stay. The free breakfast provides something for everyone, a wide selection. ”

“This Hampton Inn is located inside a former factory, which explains its quirks. Some displays of machinery from factory days are around. On a map, it looks like downtown Petaluma is an easy stroll, but it's not. You have to walk through some uninviting areas with no lighting at night. Not many dining options within walking distance and the hotel doesn't offer evening dining. It's a nice hotel, but you'll still want to drive into downtown. ”
