“Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. “Room was clean and a good size, staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Overall it was a good value for the price paid, however it should be noted that the clientele at this place is a bit mixed. Most were regular travellers, but there were a number of folks - presumably locals - who were clearly dealing with some mental health / emotional / substance use issues. I never felt unsafe, but it's worth noting if you're travelling with kids. ”

“Booked room with jet tub, no plug for tub, could not use it, nothing for breakfast, room very dated, a lot of noise outdoors, area felt very unsafe. Would not recommend property ”

“This hotel was very good for the value. The room was clean the beds comfortable. The location was quiet. They were able to provide a toothbrush and extra blanket when asked. Downside was the pillows were very lumpy. All of them. I even asked for new pillows but they were lumpy too. Breakfast options were limited and not appealing.”
