“Very few options in the area so we went with this one. We don’t regret it, but just manage your expectations. My biggest complaint is the tin bedframe where every time I got out of bed there was a “pop” sound- like a gunshot outside the window. I can’t imagine why they went with that material for a bedframe.”

“It's hard for me to list all that I like about the hotel. Our king bed room was huge, and scrupulously clean. The temperature controls worked beautifully. I like a firm bed, and this one was perfection. The bathroom had granite countertops , and a big area around the sink for the trappings of two people. And the towels, if not luxurious, were big and absorbent (very important). The front desk staff was friendly, alert, and very lively. And for those of you bringing pets, there is……

“We came for a weekend of hiking in the area. The bed was one of the more comfortable beds for a hotel/motel, but I still woke with a sore back. We opted out of the complimentary breakfast as the choices available didn't appeal to us personally. However, other guests seemed to enjoy it :)”

“Check-in was easy, and when the clerk did not know how to process my reservation (made through Hotels.com) he did the right thing to ask for help – quite professional. I chose this place as an inexpensive place to lay my head for one night; the cost felt like a bargain for the room I was getting. Certain parts of the hotel could use updating: cracks by the elevator call button, linoleum peel in the kitchenette (at least in my room), general unkemptness in the stairwells and exit corridors, etc.……
