“The Lake House at Stark was everything we hoped for and more! We planned for two nights but extended to three because it was just that good. The three story cabin is cozy yet spacious, fully stocked, and sits right on a stunning lake. We spent our days fishing (and grilling our catch!), canoeing, kayaking, hiking nearby trails, and enjoying the breathtaking scenery. “The entire process was SO easy, my first Vrbo! Reaching the host was easy, always got a quick reply and a simple answer for my questions. Im not sure Ive EVER stayed some place as perfect (for my boyfriend and I) as 200 Berlin Rd. We will 100% stay here again, if available on our next trip. “We wanted to try something different from the usual accommodations in the area and we were very happy with our decision! The location is convenient for all outdoor activities, but you’ll have to drive to Colebrook or Berlin for restaurants if you don’t plan on cooking. The stay was cozy and clean except for the bathroom shower drain, but even so, it was still much cleaner than other accommodations. Any questions we had the host responded to within thirty minutes. We’ll be back!”

“We had a very enjoyable stay. If course the weather cooperates. The place was clean and easily accommodated different age groups and activities. The pond was clean with loons entertaining. Plenty of towels, dishes, and kitchen more than adequate for food prep.”

“We had a great time and the house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for the family and amazing views. A 5 min drive to Mt. Abram and a 10 min drive to Bethel/Sunday River, the house is conveniently located. My only suggestion would be to bring awd vehicles if going in the winter as the road and the driveway are tough in the snow without awd. Other than that our trip was perfect and the communication from the owners superb. We would definitely rent here again! W”
