“From the first impressions I couldn’t be happier. The Hotel must have been recently upgraded. The room was brand new, bathrooms, sleeping area all looked new. I received a text from Tiffany asking how everything was and if I needed anything. In all the hotels I’ve stayed I have never received a text from the hotel staff. The next afternoon two employees in the hallway asked if everything was ok with my room and if I needed anything. Just like before I have never had that kind of response from……

“It was disappointing, I will never stay with them again! Room wasn’t vacuumed or dusted, bathroom had pupil hairs on toilet seat, floor and walls in bathroom were disgusting. Pubic hairs on the bed sheet! Wrappers under bed! Hallway floors were not vacuumed and the door to go into the place has not been cleaned in awhile! Pool was out dated and freezing it was like doing the polar plunge in January. I would not recommend this place and the continental breakfast was not great so we when to……

“We had a wonderful time. The cottage was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal. The cottage has everything you need - washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, TV and WiFi. The sunsets over the lake were beautiful. ”
